Jeg har samlet inn store mengder data om temaet, og datamaterialet brukes for å teste om det er mulig å fastslå noen sammenheng mellom tidligere utarbeidede teorier og mine data. Teoriene jeg har benyttet i oppgaven er DiPasquale & Wheatons (1996) modell for analyse av utleiemarkedet for næringseiendom og Rosens (1974) hedonistiske leiepristeori. Bygging av leiligheter har økt de siste årene, og utgjør i dag 21,9 % av det totale boligmarkedet. Spesielt i større byer har det vært mye bygging av leiligheter. Denne trenden finnes nå også i mindre byer. På bakgrunn av teori har jeg utledet en prisfunksjon. Denne gir prisen som en funksjon av de ulike egenskapene til boligene. Predicting women purchase intention for green food products in Indonesia

Using linear regression, five independent variables had been examined: attitude towards green food products, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and perceived difficulty in predicting purchase intention. The results reveal further evidence of consistency between Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavioral Control and Perceived Difficulty as presented in Theory of Planned Behavior. The tourist district is an important tool for territorial governance of regional tourism. The district is a type of Local System which is characterized by its multidimensionality, as well as the spatial contiguity of traders who belong to it. The territory is a space transformed by social interactions and relations of production: it is therefore the indispensable reference for measuring the impact of tourism. The literature on tourist destinations and the use of empirical approaches evidence the need to adopt this model to increase tourism economies. In model application, the enterprises, and local stakeholders, sometimes represent limitations or opportunities. This article opens the view to tourist destination networks, described as relational structures that can influence and determine the destination-building process. Cornelia de Lange syndrome (CdLS) is a congenital disorder characterized by distinctive facial features, growth retardation, limb abnormalities, intellectual disability, and behavioral problems. Cornelia de Lange syndrome is associated with abnormalities on chromosomes 5, 10 and X. Heterozygous point mutations in three genes (<em>NIPBL</em>, <em>SMC3</em> and <em>SMC1A</em>), are responsible for approximately 50-60% of CdLS cases. CdLS is characterized by autistic features, notably excessive repetitive behaviors and expressive language deficits. Lo studio dell’interazione fra Acremonium byssoides, Vitis vinifera e Plasmopara viticola, condotto nell’ultimo decennio, ha evidenziato in vitro e in vivo l’attività antagonistica dell’ifomicete, endofita negli organi verdi di alcune cultivars di vite, nei confronti del patogeno. Metabolic syndrome (MetS) has become one of the main concerns for public health because of its link to cardiovascular disease. Murine models have been used to study the effect of MetS on the cardiovascular system, but they have limitations for studying cardiac electrophysiology. In contrast, the rabbit cardiac electrophysiology is similar to human, but a detailed characterization of the different components of MetS in this animal is still needed.
